SKOGG Performance is a virtual gym that is updated with new workouts that can be performed individually or as an entire team. Michael Skogg takes you through entire workouts that can be followed live, or you can catch up on your on schedule with recorded sessions.
The workouts are based on Skogg's proven kettlebell training program , but with a twist for athletes. The result is a mix of workouts that improve strength, power and conditioning---three essential components of athleticism.
