NHL All-Star defenseman Mike Green demonstrates how to perform Bear Mountain, a complex exercise that combines a Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press and Back Squat into one exhausting movement.
This exercise helps Mike develop full-body strength and endurance so that he can skate faster, cover more ice and fire harder slap shots all game long.
