Med Ball Rotational Throws
- Drive through hips
- Keep core tight and maintain upright posture
- Throw med ball as hard as possible

Continuous Med Ball Rotational Throws
- Throw and catch med ball in continuous and fluid motion

Sets/Reps: 2-10 each side
Figure-Eight Med Ball Rotational Throws
- Move through cones in figure-eight patterns
- Take small and quick steps
- Throw and catch med ball outside of cones
