Suspended Knee Tuck to Buzzsaw
- Keep back parallel to ground
- Drive each leg backwards from tucked position
- Keep core tight and back straight

Suspended Knee Drive
- Keep back flat and body in straight line
- Drive suspended leg to elbow

Suspended Pike
- Keep head neutral and back flat
- Drive hips to ceiling
