About the Video
In this installment of STACK's "Real Workouts" series, we feature All-Pro defensive end Dwight Freeney during an off-season training session at Gold's Gym in Venice, California. Guided by Syracuse assistant athletics director for athletic performance William Hicks, Freeney performs various exercises including Full Sit-Ups, V Crunches and Core Stability Holds. From there, he moves onto Upper-Body Dumbbell Training followed by a Plyo Push-Up Series. He ends the workout with a Shoulder Circuit.
