In this edition of "Real Workouts", STACK catches up with NFL multipurpose threat Randall Cobb for a workout at the D1 Sports Training facility in Bowling Green, Ky. Cobb started the workout by refining his runniing and sprint technique with a Band-Resisted Speed series and then trained speed and agility on the Speed Ladder before performing a series of Mini Hurdle Plyo Jumps.
In the weight room, Cobb performed supersets of Incline DB Bench-Box Jumps and Face Pulls-BOSU Single-Leg RDL before completing Core Isometric Hold series.
