About the Video
NFL defensive end J.J. Watt takes some time out at Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans to discuss how he will improve in the off-season, why he practices hard and how
Gatorade keeps him fueled.
Watt says that this off-season, he is specifically focused on adding mass while he improves his
quickness and agility to become an even better pass rusher.
Watt stresses the importance of practicing at 100 percent all the time to separate himself from the other guys, such as chasing down a running back at practice for extra cardio.
Watt talks about the importance of
nutrition, and how fueling both before and after a workout is something he wishes he knew in college, but how practicing it now has raised his potential.
Finally, Watt talks about the Gatorade products that he uses every game (the Prime Chews, the recovery shake, etc.), and how they've propelled his play to another level.
