About the Video
Doug Crashley: It's a rotation using a two hand hammer hold on the bar and having your feet in a parallel hip width position. You're rotating the bar end to each side of the body and using your hips to drive it up in an angle, almost a low high rotation drive. Keep our chin in line with our sternum. You don't want to have your neck going in one direction and your upper body going in the other.
The big thing about it is it's a neutral spine and it's also using their hips and not get caught up with muscling up our body or just trying to battle through. Again that's an exercise that we might use mostly likely once in a five or seven day split program. You might see it a second time but a lot of times we'll do specifically that exercise once in that five to seven day split or twice in a ten day program.
