Exercise: 9 x 60 meters + 300 meter Perform nine 60 meter sprints Sprint 300 meters
Coaching Tips: This speed workout should be performed at 90-95% maximum effort. Coming within 5-10% of your genetic human capacity will optimize your ability to reachyour maximum potential.
Coach Smith added the 300-Meter Sprint to the end of the workout to build character through endurance.
