In this episode of STACK Elite Performance, Mike Boyle shows you how to fix back pain. He explains that back pain oftentimes is actually caused by hip mobility issues. This forces the low back to become mobile, increasing the chance of pain or an overuse injury. To prevent or fix back pain, Boyle recommends performing the following three exercises as part of a dynamic warm-up.

Stationary Spiderman

- Step directly next to hand
- Engage backside glute to push hips down
- 1x5 each side

Toe-Touch Squat

- Bend at waist and grab toes
- Sit hips down into a deep Squat
- Push knees outward with elbows
- 1x5

Overhead Squat

- Perform only after mastering the Toe-Touch Squat
- Push knees out over ankles
- Keep back straight and chest up
- 1x10
