Holman explains that loose hips are critical for overall health and sports performance and prescribes three dynamic hip mobility exercises that he recommends you perform before a workout to target each of the major hip muscles:
- Hip Hinge to Sumo Squat - 1x8

- Rear-Foot-Elevated Hip Stretch - 1x8 each leg

- Pigeon Stretch - 1x8
