He explains that this exercise simultaneously opens up tight chest muscles and strengthens the backside of the shoulders, which increases range of motion and reduces the risk of an injury. Do this exercises as a warm-up drill before any upper-body workout.

Coaching Points

- Pull shoulder blades down and back
- Drive arms overhead as if performing an overhead press
- Drag forearms and back of hands on the ground
- Exhale for five seconds when driving arms overhead
- 1x10
