Coaching Points

Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatch

- Use a heavy dumbbell.
- Jump, shrug and drive your elbow before catching the dumbbell.
- Sets/Reps: 3x5 each arm

Med Ball Overhead Throws

- Throw med ball as high as possible.
- Explode through your hips.
- Sets/Reps: 3x10

Med Ball Squat to Overhead Press Throw

- Squat and throw the med ball overhead.
- Sets/Reps: 3x10
