Dumbbell Shoulder Shrug:
- Keep arms straight and dumbbells to side of body
-Squeeze the bar tight for added strength training
-Shrug up engaging shoulder and
trapezius muscles
Sets/Reps: 2x15
Front Raise Superset:
-Arms straight, hold dumbbells knuckles-out at side of body
-Squeeze the bar tight for added strength training
-Lift weight until arms extend forward, parallel to ground
-Avoid rocking back to create momentum for front raise
Sets/Reps: 2x8-10
