This strength training exercise is great for baseball players looking to add hitting power. The squatting position works the lower body, and the rotational med ball throws strengthens the upper body and core.

Bosu Med Ball Rotational Throws:

- Maintain Squat position on Bosu ball throughout set
- Keep core tight to maintain balance
- Catch ball on each side of body with full rotation
Sets/Reps: 2-3x10 each side
