Votto's Elastic Power Circuit

Sets/Reps: 2x circuit

Death Drop With Recoil

- Stand on 36" box- Steady one foot over the edge of the box - Step over with second foot- In fluid motion, drop to squat position, then immediately spring back to standing positionSets/Reps: 1x6

Clean and Press With Med Ball

- Place med ball on platform- Legs slightly wider than shoulders- Drop clean, pick up med ball- Drive up, extend body, throw ball directly upSets/Reps: 1x4

Suspended Traction

- Extend arms, grip rings, hold body weight- Straighten and extend one leg, pull other leg toward chest with thigh parallel to ground- Pull bent leg up, push straight leg down- Keep gait width at four inches- Stay centeredSets/Reps: 1x3 each leg or about 20-30 seconds
