Last week, we explained why the Bear Crawl has been rising in popularity. It’s a functional, full-body movement that hits a lot of different muscles in a short amount of time. If you’re ready to add Bear Crawls to your training, finish your next workout with the brutal 100 Bears Challenge.
To perform the challenge, do 10 yards of Bear Crawls, followed by 5 to 10 Push-Ups. Continue the pattern for 100 yards. When doing Bear Crawls, keep your hips high, core tight and back flat. Rest as often as necessary to maintain proper form.
The Challenge
Do Bear Crawls for 100 yards as quickly as possible, pausing every 10 yards to do 5 to 10 Push-Ups.
