What causes you to feel like you need to wear knee sleeves?
If it's because your knees are always achey due to poor form/body positioning, you should strive to address the root cause.
Best practice is to work on your hip and ankle mobility, as well as your glute activation.
This should almost guarantee an improvement in your form, which should enhance your lifts.
Best of all, no stinky sleeves to peel off after a hard WOD.
