Every week, a new STACK Challenge gives you an opportunity to test your athletic ability and win a STACK T-shirt. Take the challenge and enter to win by tweeting your results with #STACKChallenge.
Running for miles at a time is not an efficient way to train for most sports, but a long-distance run can help gauge your level of endurance, which is especially important if you play a sport that involves a lot of running, like soccer or lacrosse.
This week, test your endurance with the Army’s two-mile run test. To complete the challenge, simply run two miles as fast as you can. Give yourself the best chance of finishing in record time by following these running form tips from Army Master Fitness Trainer Sgt. Ken Weichert.
The Challenge
Run two miles as fast as possible.
