The Paralette Push-Up is a variation of a standard push-up that increases the range of motion of the movement.
Increasing this range of motion allows for a much bigger stretch in the chest and adds a bit more difficulty.
If you're someone that experiences shoulder discomfort, this one is not recommended.
It requires some really good mobility in the shoulder to reach the bottom position.
These are a great change-up to the typical Push-Up.
