9 Instagram Athletic Freaks You Need to Follow Immediately
Instagram is filled with amazing people. Crazy, insane, amazing people.
A number of individuals have built massive Instagram followings, almost entirely because of their fitness and athletic-related prowess. These people are willing to do truly absurd things in an effort to go viral. We can’t recommend mimicking their moves, but you can certainly enjoy the show. Here are nine Instagram fitness freaks you need to follow.
1. Terron Beckham
The cousin of NFL superstar Odell Beckham Jr., Terron Beckham is capable of truly unbelievable things inside the weight room. A personal trainer and fitness model, Beckham has displayed ridiculous feats of strength that have helped him amass nearly 300,000 followers on Instagram. Here he is jumping from his knees to his feet with 245 pounds on his back:
”When I was on my own and I’d see these huge fitness people, I thought, ‘Alright, I gotta do something that’s going to go viral and really make people think this guy’s crazy,'” Beckham told STACK. His strength and physique look ripped straight out of a comic book, and his athleticism is also impressive. Just watch him nail this gargantuan Box Jump:

Jordan Kilganon might be the best dunker on the planet. A 6-foot-1 native of Ontario, Canada, Kilganon is one of the few professional dunkers in the world. What does that job entail? Traveling the globe to compete in dunk contests and regularly posting outrageous slams on IG to build his following. Kilganon gained recognition after he performed his “Scorpion Dunk” during a timeout at the 2016 NBA All-Star Game (in jeans, no less). He currently boasts 360,000 followers on Instagram, thanks to content like this:

3. Brad Castleberry
If you’re looking for Instagram’s meatiest meathead, Brad Castleberry might be the guy. At 5-foot-9, 255 pounds, Castleberry boasts a physique that is just outrageous. And he certainly doesn’t mind showing it off. You’d be hard-pressed to find a shot of Castleberry wearing a shirt. I can’t say I blame him. His account is filled with videos showing him lifting jaw-dropping amounts of weight such as this 490-pound Overhead Press:
4. Luis Badillo Jr.
Luis Badillo Jr. claims to have the fastest feet in the world. Check out his Instagram page and you’ll find it hard to dispute him. A Miami-based trainer who’s worked with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Timofey Mozgov, Badillo has built a huge following, despite the fact he didn’t create an Instagram account until last year.
[instagram src=”https://www.instagram.com/p/BJthAC_ALcQ/”]“At first, I didn’t want to [create an Instagram],” Badillo told STACK. “Because I’m not really too big on the whole social media thing. But nowadays, I understand social media and technology are the way of the world. It’s the way of the modern world. So I made it, and it might have been one of the greatest decisions of my life. It’s opened up doors to so many opportunities that I have now.”

5. Hafþór Júlíus ‘Thor‘ Björnsson, a.k.a. ‘The Mountain’
Björnsson’s role as The Mountain on HBO’s mega-hit series Game of Thrones launched him into the spotlight as millions marveled at his incredible strength and size. Measuring 6-foot-9 and 396 pounds, The Mountain is a two-time winner of Europe’s Strongest Man competition. His Instagram page offers insight into his training, which is as wild as you’d expect. Perhaps the most incredible aspect of his training is that he’s able to execute moves with perfect form despite his massive size:

6. Jujimufu
Jon Call—who goes by the name “Jujimufu” on Instagram—is a walking contradiction. He has managed to develop the body of a strongman while also achieving the flexibility of an Olympic gymnast.
[instagram src=”https://www.instagram.com/p/BG7ySGtMcvo/”]Jujimufu’s wild hair, eccentric personality and endless reserve of energy make his page one of the most entertaining destinations on Instagram. If you’re looking for a fitness freak who also has an outrageous amount of fun every time he works out, Jujimufu is your guy.
[instagram src=”https://www.instagram.com/p/BDI986Rscl9/”]7. Wesley Williams
Wesley Williams has hops. The Instagram page of the Running Box Jump world record holder features him hopping over fences, cars and people. At 5-foot-9, he’s capable of kicking a regulation basketball rim. That’s some serious air! Williams is still just a teenager, so there’s no doubt we’ll see his already ridiculous leaping ability grow even stronger in the future.
8. Ross Dickerson
Ross Dickerson is a pro fitness model whose killer physique has made him an Instagram star.
[instagram src=”https://www.instagram.com/p/BMBoqmZBZop/”]His 1.4 million followers are a testament to the quality of his content. Dickerson’s page is all about looking good, and he frequently offers tips for his followers to improve their #aesthetics. Even the Old Spice guy uses his training program!
[instagram src=”https://www.instagram.com/p/BNpJc-kh6xC/”]9. Keven ‘Da Hulk’ Washington
Keven Washington might be the widest dude on Instagram, and I mean that in the best way possible. A personal trainer, fitness motivator and “Powerbuilder,” Washington is scary yoked. Like, this dude’s biceps are probably bigger than your thighs.
[instagram src=”https://www.instagram.com/p/3Z3mTGHT-j/”]Washington is clearly a fan of The Incredible Hulk, but his build reminds us more of Batman’s nemesis Bane.
