We teased a few pictures of the D Rose 6 in an episode of The Rundown last week, but adidas has now released official images of Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose’s sixth signature shoe.
The D Rose 6 features Boost cushioning, which is now incorporated into almost all of adidas’s athletic footwear, and a FITFRAME heel cage, as well as straps that zig-zag up the sides of the shoe. The shoe’s design reflects the Windy City with Chicago’s six-point star flag at the base of the laces and a diamond-patterned upper symbolizing Chicago’s architecture.
The D Rose 6 drops Oct. 15 in “Home” and Nov. 5 in “Road” colorways, both retailing for $140. Five more colorways will be released before the end of the year.
