To say that Wichita State upset Arizona in the first round of the NCAA Tournament would be a disservice to the Shockers. Wichita State annihilated the Wildcats. They won by 10 points, 65-55 , but the game was never close.
There's an inordinate amount of pressure on the lower-seeded team to avoid a first-round upset, something that's become increasingly common, especially in the 5-12 and 6-11 matchups. So when the sixth-seeded Wildcats found themselves down 12 at halftime against 11-seeded Wichita, head coach Sean Miller was clearly feeling the stress.
Before the half, Miller had completely sweat through his white dress shirt, which looked like a wet napkin. Miller changed his shirt in the locker room, but it didn't take long during the second half for him to soak through that one too. The NCAA tourney is rough, man.
