How to Do it:

Four-Ball Net Drill

  • As coach feeds ball to you at service line, return ball with approach shot down line; move toward net
  • As coach feeds firmly-hit ball toward your body, return ball with volley down line; continue movement toward net
  • As coach hits another firmly-hit ball, return ball with cross-court volley
  • As coach hits lob, finish drill with overhead slam

Sets: 10

Coaching Points: Work up to completing 10 sets where you get to every ball // Have coach stick to pace that matches up with your playing ability // Rest as needed between sets
