Allen Langford is the director of performance coaches at Athletic Body Mechanics in Houston. A former four-year starting cornerback at the University of Wisconsin, he was named academic All-Big Ten, All-Big Ten (twice) and team MVP in 2008. He graduated with a degree in Business and Communications.
After interning at the University of Toledo with coach Rick Court, Langford spent time at the San Francisco 49ers as a fellowship coach. He regularly works with local high school athletes and with Division I athletes attending Michigan State, Ohio State, TCU, Michigan and Wisconsin. He has also works with NFL players, including Vernon Gholston, Bart Scott, Owen Daniels, Steve Slaton, John Bowie and DeAndre Levy. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
