Erik Sesbreno is a sport dietitian registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. As a provincial executive member of the Dietitians of Canada's Sport Nutrition Network, he promotes the value of nutrition in sports through various provincial and national activities. He recently participated the Expert Express Program developed by the Coaches Association of Ontario to deliver professional support to provincial sporting organizations in the field.
Sesbreno is a graduate of the prestigious IOC (International Olympic Committee) diploma program in sport nutrition, and he is an accredited Level 2 ISAK (International Society for the Advancement of Kianthropometry) anthropometrist. As such, he has received advanced technical training in a wide range of anatomical measures, and he has a broad understanding of the theory of anthropometry and its application in health and sports.
Over the past three years, Sesbreno has been supporting athletes through individual nutrition and body composition counseling, group presentations and workshops.
