Joel Smith

Joel Smith is an NCAA Division I strength and conditioning coach, and owner of Just Fly Sports Performance, an online resource for coaches and athletes. He is the host of the Just Fly Performance Podcast and has been a track and field coach, strength coach, personal trainer, biomechanics researcher, author and lecturer in his 13 years in the field of sports performance. He is the author of the books Speed Strength, Vertical Foundations, and Vertical Ignition.
