Justin Kompf is a PhD candidate at the University of Massachusetts at Boston in the exercise and health sciences program where he also teaches strength and conditioning courses. Prior to his work at UMass Boston, he was the head strength coach at SUNY Cortland. Justin is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. He also works at CLIENTEL3, a personal training studio in downtown Boston.
