Dr. K.C. Wilder is an interactive, solution-focused performance coach who provides the support and practical feedback athletes need to overcome obstacles. For more than 12 years, she has integrated complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she helps individual athletes build on their strengths and attain personal growth.
In addition to her private practice at Canal Studios in Lambertville, N.J., Wilder owns the K.C. Wilder Company, an applied sports performance company specializing in both individual and team performance. She has presented at national conferences and to general audiences, speaking on the topics of confidence, effective thinking, goal-setting and optimal performance.
Dr. Wilder is a graduate of the University of Virginia's Curry School of Education. Among her areas of expertise are youth performance, sport performance anxiety and priority balance. She is a member of the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology.
