Patricia Akins, CSCS, has over 10 years of experience working with a wide variety of athletes. She created Sport Yoga, a total-body movement training program that incorporates the mobility of AIS with the explosive power of Olympic lifting. Sport Yoga helps to correct and improve movement patterns, keeping athletes flexible and injury free. Akins works with active people of all levels, keeping them "on the field" doing what they love. The majority of her clients are high school and college athletes, with team experience in football, basketball, hockey and field hockey. Her specialty is low impact, high intensity workouts that can be done "Anywhere, Anytime and with Anybody" in minimal time.
