Sara Haas

Sara Haas, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian and chef. A former culinary and nutrition instructor at Kendall College, she is currently a contributing editor to Food & Nutrition Magazine and a writer for its Stone Soup blog. She has led numerous live cooking demonstrations on WGN-TV and has created recipes for organizations such as Kids Eat Right and the Hass Avocado Board. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University and received her culinary degree from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago's Le Cordon Bleu Program.
