Tim Springer is a coach at Spartan Basketball in San Antonio. He works with international, Division I, WNBA and NBA basketball players. In 2011, he was a coaching intern with the WNBA’s San Antonio Silver Stars, responsible for player development. Since arriving in San Antonio, Springer has helped several middle school and high school programs reach the district finals. He is currently the girls’ varsity basketball coach at Castle Hills First Baptist School. In 2011, he led the CH Eagles to the Tapps Regional Finals and was nominated for 1A Coach of the Year.
Springer is also an infantryman in the Army National Guard. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is a certified Ganon Baker Basketball coach and trainer.
