STACK Challenge: Bench Jumps
Every week, a new STACK Challenge gives you an opportunity to test your athletic ability and win a STACK T-shirt. Take the challenge and enter to win a T-shirt by tweeting your results with #STACKChallenge.
This week’s STACK Challenge tests your quickness, agility, conditioning and explosiveness with nothing but a simple weight bench.
To complete the 30-second Bench Jump test:
- Begin on the left side of the bench with both feet parallel to the bench
- Jump laterally onto the bench with both feet
- Jump down to the right side
- Repeat as quickly as possible, counting each tap of the bench as one rep
The Challenge
Complete as many Bench Jumps as possible in 30 seconds.
How Do You STACK Up?
Rookie: Fewer than 15
Pro: 15-30
All-Star: 30+
