Vitamin B12

Acccording to The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, vitamin B12 helps transport oxygen to red blood cells and tissues, boosting blood flow and increasing endurance so you can work harder, faster and longer.

Branched Chain Amino Acids

BCAAs are essential nutrients that build muscle protein and reduce perceived fatigue. The most important BCAAs are isoleucine, leucine and valine.

Omega 3s

Found in fish oil supplements, omega 3 fatty acids speed recovery and help alleviate sore muscles. They may also increase overall cardiovascular efficiency and improve joint health.

Pickle Juice
