Now Hear This: Wiz Khalifa's "Cabin Fever 2" Mixtape

Wiz collaborated with Taylor Gang signee Juicy J, Bad Boy representer French Montana, West Coast rapper Problem, and a few others on the project. Production is being handled by the likes of ID Labs, Cozmo, The Invasion, and Sledgren, who provided the beat for fan favorite “Waken Baken,” off his Kush and Orange Juice mixtape.
Hoping to avoid the sophomore slump early on, the Pittsburgh MC released Taylor Allderdice, his tenth mixtape, in March. The project, featuring contributions from Lex Luger, SpaceGhostPurrp, and Jake One, was initially going to be the last release before O.N.I.F.C hit shelves. But numerous delays in recording the album (initially scheduled to come out back in August, then in September, now pushed into December) have decreased the momentum.

O.N.I.F.C‘s lead hit single, “Work Hard Play Hard,” is currently inching towards platinum status. The rapper has since released his second single, a track entitled “Remember You,” featuring Canadian crooner The Weeknd. Tracks featuring producer Pharrell, Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz, Dipset leader Cam’ron, and Juicy J are said to be slated for the final version of the LP.
