On Monday, New York Knicks superstar Carmelo Anthony turned 33 years old.
Instead of lounging or going to a party, Melo put in work. He visited a court and got a workout in with NBA trainer Chris Brickley. In the videos below, you can see that Melo worked on his ball-handling, his mid-range shot and his deep ball.

During the 2016-2017 season, Melo averaged 22.4 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists, while shooting 43 percent from the field. All those numbers were lower than his career averages of 24.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 45 percent shooting.
