CCM, the world’s largest designer and manufacturer of hockey equipment, recently released a series of videos on YouTube that captures Pittsburgh Penguins superstar Sidney Crosby’s summer. In the videos, Crosby talks about his love for the game, describes what it means to him and reveals his other passions.

In the 2016 NHL Finals, the 29-year-old center won his second Stanley Cup, which he describes as “pure happiness.” But hockey isn’t the only sport that he’s passionate about. Whenever it’s the off-season and he has free time, Crosby can be found at his favorite fishing spot.

Fishing is what Crosby does when he needs to take a break from hockey. When he’s on the ice, all of his focus and energy are devoted to the game, but fishing lets him stay peaceful and relaxed.

Like hockey, fishing can be competitive. Sometimes he gets shut out and doesn’t catch anything, but he still loves going back.
