June in Ohio can mean only one thing: Chris Chambers’ youth football and team camps. The former Bedford High School hero returns to his roots to offer hands-on instruction to aspiring football players looking to kick (or catch and pass) their game to the next level. Though it’s confined to the Buckeye State, all interested athletes are welcome to register (if you haven’t visited Ohio in the summer, you’re missing out).

What: 6th Annual Chris Chambers Youth Skills Football Camp

Why: You’ll receive top-level football instruction from Chambers and other NFL stars in a competitive and fun atmosphere // Participants will practice position-specific drills in the morning, then split into teams for an afternoon 7-on-7 tournament

When/Who: Thursday, June 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. // The youth camp is open to the first 200 registered participants between the ages of 9 to 14

Saturday, June 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. is an invite-only camp for Ohio-area high school teams

Cost: Free! // Camp is on first-come, first-serve basis so early registration is strongly advised

For the youth camp, sign in occurs between 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 25.

To fuel your body during these rigorous sessions, a complimentary lunch is served between noon and 12:30 p.m.
