On July 4, 2016, the same day that Kevin Durant decided to take his talents to the Golden State Warriors, Rivers tweeted that Westbrook would be a triple-double machine and possibly “go Oscar next year.”

With only four games left for OKC, “The Brodie” is averaging 31.8 points, 10.7 rebounds and 10.4 assists per game. With the NBA MVP race closer than ever, averaging a triple-double would definitely help Westbrook’s case. The 6-time All-Star only needs one more stat-stuffed game to be crowned the triple-double king.
