A few days ago, adidas unveiled its “all adidas” global brand campaign, the company’s largest marketing campaign ever [watch the adidas is all in campaign video]. The campaign showcases adidas’s distinctive presence across different cultures and lifestyles, fusing the worlds of sports, music and fashion. It also captures the passion that athletes, musicians and artists put into their game, taking a gritty, authentic look into the visceral nature of raw passion.
Who better to promote the campaign than adidas athlete and NBA All-Star Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic?
On Thursday afternoon, Dwight and adidas visited 300 kids at the Parramore Kidz Zone in Orlando as part of the new campaign. Along with working on skills and drills with the kids, Dwight stepped behind the camera to snap photos of the kids as they showed off their passion for sports. The photos were uploaded to Facebook.com/adidasbasketball as part of the “Game Face” contest, whose best entries will be used in an adidas TV commercial to run during the MTV Movie Awards in June.
Dwight and adidas are also giving other athletes a chance to be a part of the “Game Face” contest. Superman explains how to enter in the video below.
