ESPN’s 30 For 30 Out Now for the Holiday Season
One DVD collection should be on every athlete’s wish list this holiday season: the critically-acclaimed documentary series ESPN: 30 For 30 Special Collector’s Set Volume 1.
Over the past year, ESPN has celebrated its 30th anniversary with a documentary series highlighting some of the biggest sports stories in their 30-year history.
Every episode has its own extraordinary story—and a unique point-of-view, because each had a different director. Barry Levinson, Peter Berg, Ice Cube and NBA All-Star Steve Nash are among the directors involved in the project.
The six-disc DVD gift set includes the first 15 films from the series: Kings Ransom, The Band That Wouldn’t Die, Small Potatoes: Who Killed The USFL?, Muhammad & Larry, Without Bias, The Legend of Jimmy The Greek, The U, Winning Time: Reggie Miller vs. The New York Knicks, Guru of Go, No Crossover: The Trial of Allen Iverson, Silly Little Game, Run Ricky Run, The 16th Man, Straight Outta L.A. and June 17th, 1994. The set also includes well over two hours of bonus features.
