Facebook Changing ‘Poke’ Button to an ‘Aqib’ Button After Denver Broncos Cornerback’s Infamous Eye-Poke
If you haven’t heard by now, Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib has been officially suspended for one game for intentionally poking Colts tight end Dwayne Allen in the eye.
Now it appears that social media giant Facebook will dishonor the infamous eye-poke by changing their “poke” button to an “Aqib” button.
I, for one, cannot wait to Aqib my friends and family.
We’re joking, of course. Someone apparently took advantage of Wikipedia’s less-than-air-tight editing process to take a dig at Talib. But if you want to act like a pro wrestler, you’ve got to know that people will poke fun at you (pun totally intended).
