We were extremely pleased to get a first look at Jordan Brand's upcoming CP 2Quick. Scheduled for release next month, it's the latest model inspired by NBA All-Star point guard Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets.
Describing CP3's style of play, Jordan Brand says, "Chris Paul is, without a doubt, one of the quickest point men in the game today. A lightning-fast first step, uncanny change-of-direction and his ability to stop and cut on a dime set him apart from his competition."
The CP 2Quick will be welcomed by agility-focused ballers and those who prefer a low-cut shoe. Recounting its design features, Jordan Brand says, "True to Chris' previous shoes, the CP 2Quick features podulon cushioning, as shown by the honeycomb patterns on the sole. An outer heel cage provides stability and support while he's killing the D with his crossover. You'll also recognize the same lockdown lacing-system for an always-custom fit. An 'X' and dotted line stitching connects on each side of the heel, representing both CP's abilities to make plays and get to where he needs to be on the court."
The CP 2Quick, which will retail for $110, can be purchased at jumpman23.com.
