You Are the Machine With FitWall
Want to take your training to new heights…literally? With vertical training using Brendle Systems’ FitWall, you can! This unique piece of equipment promises to burn up to 900 calories per hour with more than a hundred efficient, fun workout programs.
The FitWall, which looks like a small rock-climbing wall, is used to increase an athlete’s functional strength and balance while also providing an intense cardiovascular workout. Vertical training on the Fit Wall engages more muscles in each motion by attaching the athlete to a vertical plane. By removing all support except for the athlete’s own strength, the FitWall activates all muscle groups for a more efficient workout. Since you are fighting the force of gravity with every movement, you cannot ease up or coast through a workout on the FitWall.
Using add-ons like the plyometric step, fitbar, resistance bands and static straps, you can perform any type of exercise on the FitWall. Fit-Wall’s basic V4S, V8S, V10S and Single-Wall models cost around $3,000. Fear not, though, because many local gyms are investing in the equipment; and you can perform similar exercises and get similar benefits with the more affordable TRX straps.
