TEST Football Academy helps youth, high school, collegiate and pro football players improve their skills; and since 1992, they have trained athletes for the NFL Combine. Located in Martinsville, New Jersey, just outside of New York City, TEST has an impressive roster of NFL athletes who have trained there, including Joe Flacco and Patrick Peterson.

In the video above, you can get an inside look into how elite football players train at TEST. The athletes are put through workouts designed to improve sport-specific skills such as route running and hand-to-hand technique. In the weight room, they train to improve their athletic skills, and, of course, to develop their Bench Press in preparation for the NFL Combine.
In future videos, TEST Football Academy plans to pit their football clients against bodybuilders in the standard tests done at the NFL Combine. Bodybuilders are impressive physical specimens, but this series will illustrate why athletes need to train like athletes.
Although bodybuilder workouts can help you add serious muscle, you need to identify your priorities. Do you want huge pecs and a massive bench? Or do you want to be strong, fast and explosive on the field? If your answer is the latter, you need to train like the athletes in the video.
