“Grip It and Rip It” With John Daly
It’s been nearly three years since John Daly graced the cover of O-Games’ Pro-Stroke Golf: World Tour 2007. Now the loudmouth lion is back and ready to pounce again.
John Daly’s ProStroke Golf is the first golf game built from the ground up incorporating PlayStation Move technology, and it’s one of the most realistic golf simulators to date. No more leaving the links when the weather dampens play. This game is like having 18 holes squeezed into your family room, without the hassle of looking for lost balls.
A bird’s eye view of the ball and club head and a real-life swing motion control system allow players to work on their swing, hand-eye coordination and power control.
Gamers can take a whack at 16 different courses, each one unique. In challenge mode, they can go head-to-head against Daly and his vibrantly-colored wardrobe.
Take a look at STACK’s exclusive video conversation with game producer David Wiltcher, and see for yourself how John Daly’s ProStroke Golf differs from the competition.
John Daly’s ProStroke Golf is scheduled for release in early October for the PS3, Xbox 360 and the PC.
