A few weeks ago, a leaked image of what was purported to be the Nike Kyrie 3 surfaced on Twitter. Soon after, we were hit with the official release date for the Cleveland Cavaliers point guard's third signature sneaker, set to land in stores in late January. Now, it appears we have our first real look at the shoe.

Via Scott Sargent of Waiting For Next Year, we get a glimpse at the Nike Kyrie 3 in what appears to be a Duke-themed colorway, with a white and black upper fans blue coloring inside the shoe and on the outsole. Gone is the strap that defined the Kyrie 2, though the toe box remains the same as its predecessor. The upper also seems to have a perforated design, with parts of the mesh material sticking out like mini air-bubbles.

We can't be 100 percent sure until Nike confirms it (we've reached out for comment and are waiting to hear back), but this certainly appears to be one of the many colorways of the soon-to-drop Kyrie 3. What we do know is that you can cop your very own pair on Jan. 21 for $120, and that Irving will debut the shoe on court during the Cavs' Christmas Day matchup against the Golden State Warriors.
