Expectations are high for the big-budget action thriller Homefront, starring Jason Statham and James Franco. The film’s awesome cast and gripping plot are sure to make it a blockbuster. (Watch the trailer below to see for yourself!)

Former DEA agent Phil Broker (Statham) and his daughter move to a small and seemingly peaceful town. But Broker soon learns that the town is anything but idyllic and safe, as he becomes the target of a crazed meth dealer named Gator (Franco).

Sylvester Stallone wrote and produced the movie, which is based on a popular Chuck Logan novel and directed by Gary Felder (Kiss the Girls). The cast also includes Kate Bosworth, Winona Ryder, Mischa Barton and Zero Dark Thirty’s Frank Grillo.

Homefront is scheduled to open in theaters Nov. 27.
