Jordan Melo M8: New York Knicks Home and Away Colorways
The Air Jordan Melo 7 was a huge hit with our STACKletes (read our Melo 7 review), so we’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of Carmelo Anthony’s Melo M8. Jordan Brand is set to release home and away colorways of its latest creation for the New York Knicks forward on Oct. 12.
Shoe blog Sole Collector reports, “With the Jordan Melo M8, we see a continuation of progress made with the Melo M7 Advance. Flywire support panels work alongside synthetic materials on the upper to provide a secure yet flexible fit. Patent leather overlays are stylish and enhance durability. Max Air cushioning has been implemented for optimum impact protection.
“For games at Madison Square Garden, Melo will wear a white-based colorway with royal blue and orange accents. The ‘away’ shoe is predominantly black with blue and orange accents, as well as white on the inner lining and outsole. Each shoe also features a tag that says “Born in Brooklyn, Manufactured in Baltimore, Model #7.'”
The Jordan Melo M8 will retail for $130.
