The Players’ Tribune, a website that gives athletes a platform to share their stories, posted a video with a sneak peek of Bryant’s brief appearance in the film. The former Lakers star looks prepared to fight off poltergeists.
Bryant clearly wants to remain active. Along with his cameo appearance in the movie, he will also grace the cover of the legend edition of NBA 2K17. At an eSport event for the game on Wednesday night, he expressed interest in learning about the gaming world because of its ability to tell stories, according to For the Win’s Alysha Tsuji.
